1. No Exchange Without Issues

Exchanges are only accepted in case of genuine issues with the product. If there are no issues, exchanges will not be processed.

2. Opening Video Required

Any issues must be clearly shown in an uncut opening video. Without this video, exchanges will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Validity

Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days of delivery. Late requests will not be considered.

4. Invoice Mandatory
